Held a driving licence for a minimum of 12 months

Driven a specific vehicle within the last 60 days

Have no more than 6 penalty points

Where relevant – Possess a digi tachograph card and full CPC, and have a full understanding of the tachograph legislation for vehicles over 7.5 tonne

Vehicle complies with good distribution practice and is eight years or younger. A vehicle must be four years or younger and white to be liveried

Drivers have the right to substitution, but retain responsibility for the substitute’s safety, insurance, liability, remuneration and the standard of their work
